Panelists will discuss the state of resilience financing with an aim towards understanding barriers and the importance of building partnerships to address these challenges. The need for local governments to think creatively about financing their resilience efforts using existing assets, local revenue streams, and fiscal mechanisms to leverage other funds will also be brought to the forefront.
